As a pioneer in V2X, Nebula Link has successfully tackled key technologies such as reliable short-range communication and cooperative control, breaking through bottlenecks in professional testing toolchains.With its fully controllable, automotive-grade V2X core technology, the company is a leader in the field, helping China establish a first-mover advantage in the C-V2X industry.

 

The company is the primary drafting unit for the C-V2X application layer standards and has played a key role in the formulation of over 40 national, industry, and group standards, guiding the development of China’s V2X technology standards.

 

Leveraging its “One Core, Two Wings” commercialization strategy, Nebula Link uses V2X as the engine to build a competitive barrier with its integrated vehicle-road-cloud technology solutions. The company’s product system spans the entire chain of vehicles, roads, clouds, and applications. The “Two Wings” refer to its strategic deployment across both the vehicle and roadside segments.

 

On the vehicle side, the company has driven the mass production of connected vehicles with its self-developed full-stack products and automotive-grade V2X core technology, securing the first domestic front-loading contract. the NebulaKey V2X Protocol Stack, has been licensed over 5 million units,covering over 30 automakers, including NIO, BMW, Great Wall, and Volkswagen, securing the top market share in China.This positions Nebula Link as a critical force in enhancing the penetration rate of V2X connectivity features and improving vehicle safety.

 

On the roadside side, Nebula Link empowers the construction of smart transportation with its full-scenario solutions, driving the large-scale deployment and operation of digital transportation infrastructure. The company has deeply participated in all seven national-level vehicle networking pilot zones designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), with its technology application services covering 70% of the dual-intelligent pilot cities jointly initiated by MIIT and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and 90% of the national-level intelligent connected vehicle testing grounds. Its full-scenario solutions have been deployed and operational in over 50 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Hefei, Liuzhou, and Shenyang, covering more than 3,000 intersections. These applications extend to urban open roads, highways, and park roads, serving public transport, taxis, freight vehicles, as well as unmanned mining trucks, unmanned vending machines, unmanned delivery vehicles, unmanned inspection vehicles, and unmanned cleaning vehicles, encompassing both daily travel and urban public services.

 

The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and selected as a National-Level SSDI "little giant" enterprise, a Gazelle Enterprise, and one of KPMG’s Top 50 Leading Automotive Technology Companies. In 2022, it completed its Series B and B+ financing rounds, receiving support from major industrial companies and financial funds such as Zhongguancun Science City Technology Growth Fund, Qualcomm Ventures, Huakong Capital, and Anhui Transportation Holding.
